We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Recruitment Project Manager to lead talent acquisition delivery for our client’s European Business Centre in Riga.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume recruitment project in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ideally suited to someone with experience in Shared Services Centre (SSC) hiring, you’ll bring a clear understanding of recruitment across key functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, and Customer Service—along with the ability to manage structured, process-driven delivery at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service-level agreements
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters handling both volume and specialist hiring
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand workforce planning, forecast hiring needs, and design scalable sourcing strategies
• Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates) to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies, client standards, and local employment legislation
• Act as the go-to contact for operational issues, proactively resolving risks and roadblocks
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR operations teams to ensure seamless candidate experiences
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment projects, ideally within SSC or high-volume environments
• Strong track record in leading recruitment teams and delivering against hiring targets
• Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment data
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus
• Comfortable with a hybrid or on-site working model in Riga, based on business needs
